Made to order
Everything we sell is printed just for you when you order — we don't keep boxes of pre-made shirts on a shelf. That means there's a short production step before your order ships.
Production time
Your order is printed and packed in 2–5 business days before it leaves the facility.
Shipping time (after production)
- United States: 2–5 business days
- Canada / UK / Australia: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 10–30 business days
So all in, most orders land in about 1–2 weeks. Bigger or busier seasons (holidays) can add a few days.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Give it a day or two to start updating.
Where it ships from
We print and ship through a global network of facilities, so your order goes out from the location closest to you whenever possible.
Customs & duties (international)
International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees set by your country. These aren't included in your order total and are the buyer's responsibility.
Wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to arrange a reship (additional shipping may apply).
Lost, late, or damaged?
If your tracking stalls, your order never arrives, or it shows up damaged, email with your order number — see our Refund Policy, we'll make it right.
